Refund Policy for Hello Matrimony
"Refunds are not provided for registration or membership fees. If a paid service is not delivered due to a technical issue, we will either extend the service or provide a partial refund. Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction with matches or personal decisions to discontinue the service. Any disputes will be handled as per the Consumer Protection Act, 2019."
