Hello Matrimony – Cancellation Policy
1. Membership Cancellation
Users can cancel their membership at any time by submitting a cancellation request via email or the website.
Cancellation does not automatically entitle users to a refund unless specified under the Refund Policy.
Once canceled, the profile will be deactivated, and access to premium services will be revoked.
2. Cancellation of Paid Services
If a user cancels a paid service before its activation, they may be eligible for a refund (subject to the refund policy).
Once a service has been used (e.g., profile promotion, matchmaking assistance), no refund will be issued.
3. Automatic Subscription Renewal (If applicable)
If the service includes auto-renewal, users must cancel at least 7 days before renewal to avoid further charges.
No refunds will be provided if a renewal charge is processed before cancellation.
4. Cancellation Due to Policy Violations
If a profile is found violating the company’s terms (e.g., fake information, fraud, or misuse), Hello Matrimonial reserves the right to cancel the membership without a refund.
