Agent Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern the relationship between Hello Matrimony Company, we and the Matrimony Agents who promote and facilitate our matchmaking services. By registering as an agent, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Eligibility & Registration
The agent must be at least 18 years old and legally eligible to work in India. Agents must provide valid identification (Aadhar, PAN, or any government-approved ID). The agent must register with accurate personal and professional details. The Company reserves the right to approve or reject any agent application.
3. Role & Responsibilities of Agents
Promote Hello Matrimonial services and onboard new members. Collect accurate user details and assist in profile creation. Maintain confidentiality and not misuse client information.
Not engage in fraudulent activities, misrepresentations, or false promises.
Follow ethical practices and ensure genuine matchmaking efforts. Communicate transparently with clients regarding services and fees.
4. Commission & Payment Structure
Agents earn a commission on successful registrations and memberships. The commission structure will be predefined and communicated separately. Payments will be made monthly via Bank Transfer/UPI. The agent must submit accurate payment details to receive commissions. The Company reserves the right to modify commission structures with prior notice.
5. Prohibited Activities
Agents must NOT: Mislead clients or make false claims about service guarantees. Charge clients extra fees beyond the agreed service charges.
Share or misuse users' personal data for personal or financial gain. Engage in activities that damage the reputation of Hello Matrimonial. Create fake profiles or engage in fraudulent matchmaking.
6. Termination of Agreement
The Company reserves the right to terminate an agent’s contract if: The agent violates any terms and conditions. There is evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, or unethical conduct.
The agent fails to generate results for an extended period. The agent engages in activities harmful to the Company’s reputation.
7. Confidentiality & Data Protection
Agents must keep all client information strictly confidential. Any misuse or leakage of data will result in legal action. Agents must comply with Hello Matrimonial’s Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for disputes between agents and clients. The Company is not liable for any financial loss incurred by the agent.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
This Agreement is governed by Indian law.
Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Hyderabad, Telangana.
10. Modifications to Terms
The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued association with Hello Matrimonial implies acceptance of revised terms.
